Hello families! I’m Julie, and this marks my 10th year at ELC. I hold a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (with kindergarten endorsement) from Indiana State University and earned my Master Teacher Certificate from Ball State University in 2019. 

I’ve been married to my husband Glen for 34 years. We have two adult children, Kalie and Andrew, and a wonderful 3‑year‑old grandson, Liam, who is the apple of our eye!

At ELC, I specialize in math, science, and STEAM, and I love nurturing children’s critical thinking by asking open‑ended questions. I’m passionate about creating a positive first school experience—one where every child feels loved, respected, and accepted. I can’t wait to get to know your child!
